Real estate investment manager Reitway Global has selected Prescient Fund Services as the fund administrator to its Maltese fund range consisting of the Reitway Global Property Fund (MLT) SICAV and the Reitway Enhanced Global Property Fund (MLT) SICAV.

The Reitway Global Property Fund invests in global real estate and property-related securities and seeks to generate high current income. investors may also benefit from the capital appreciation that comes with real estate assets.

The Reitway Enhanced Global Property Fund provides geared exposure to a master portfolio of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and REIT-like equities. Both funds are regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority as Professional Investor Funds.
