2018 eprivateclient Top Trust Company to be sold just a year after acquisition

2018 eprivateclient Top Trust Company Link Asset Services, part of Link Group, is set to sell the majority of its corporate and private client services (CPCS) business to Apex Group Ltd.

The sale of the CPCS business, which provides corporate, regulatory and trust-based services to companies and individuals is subject to regulatory approvals, with completion expected by 30 September 2019. 

The sale excludes company matters.

This sale comes just over a year after Link Group acquired Capita plc's trust company...
