Analysis of the Guernsey property market by Channel Islands' law firm Collas Crill has shown that 2021 saw the highest value of property transactions in the time that these figures have been recorded, with £966 million worth of property changing hands.
This total is over £230 million greater than the last highest recorded year, 2020.
