Amendments to Family Procedure Rules set to bolster non-court dispute resolution

From yesterday (29 April 2024), in private law children proceedings and in contested financial remedy proceedings (FPR) in England & Wales, parties will be required to file and serve a standard form setting out their views on engaging with non-court dispute resolution (except in cases where domestic abuse is in issue).
