The partners of offshore law firm Bedell Cristin have completed their merger with long established Cayman based law firm, Solomon Harris.

First announced in July this year, the merger will allow Bedell Cristin to broaden its range of legal services to include Cayman legal advice and to extend its international presence through the Solomon Harris office in Cayman.

Solomon Harris' team of Cayman lawyers will advise Bedell Cristin's international clients, particularly those based in the Middle East and Far East where Cayman structures are particularly popular.
