Blackadders to merge with Aberdeen based firm of solicitors

Scottish law firm, Blackadders, and Aberdeen-based solicitors, Plenderleath Runcie, are to merge on 8 April 2019. 

The merged practice will have 28 partners and over 230 staff and will trade under the Blackadders banner. Plenderleath Runcie specialises in corporate law, commercial property and private client. 

The combined firm will offer a full service capability for business and private clients, acting for thousands of private individuals and several national ‘household name’ businesses and charities.
