Accounting, tax and advisory practice, Blick Rothenberg, has appointed Nilesh Shah as chief executive. Bob Rothenberg will continue as senior partner with a new role as ambassador for the firm.

Mr Shah has headed Blick Rothenberg\'s tax practice for 15 years and specialises in advising international businesses with their expansion plans with a specific focus on tax.

He has also chaired both the European and international tax committees of BKR, a global accounting association which Blick Rothenberg is a member of, and has been appointed to the worldwide board.
