Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has appointed Catie Wang as an associate in its dispute resolution and litigation team in Hong Kong.

Ms Wang has a wide range of experience in insolvency and corporate disputes, particularly in relation to representing public and private companies in appraisal litigation arising out of the statutory merger regime in the Cayman Islands.

She joins Carey Olsen after three years in the Hong Kong office of offshore law firm, Maples, prior to which she worked at Singapore's oldest law firm, Dentons Rodyk, and for a family office in Australia. Ms Wang is fluent in English and a native Mandarin spe...
