Offshore law firm Carey Olsen has promoted restructuring and insolvency lawyer David Jones into the partnership, with effect from 1 January 2019.

Mr Jones, who joined Carey Olsen as an associate in 2010 before being promoted to senior associate and counsel in 2012 and 2016 respectively, will lead the Guernsey restructuring and insolvency team providing advice in relation to business restructuring and insolvency in contentious, non-contentious and multi-jurisdictional matters.
