Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has outlined his Autumn Statement, which he claimed focused on “stability, growth and public services.” Others have claimed it focused on tax hikes and freezes.
As Mr Hunt acknowledged the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) now believes the UK is in a recession, he announced a number of measures to try and reduce debt and return to a growth economy.
