In a recent YouGov survey and the report, ‘An Age of Apathy’, both commissioned by Collyer Bristow, it was shown that 68 percent of adults under the age of 50 with an income of £50,000 or more in the UK do not have a valid will. This is particularly alarming given that 82 percent of the same sample surveyed stated that a will is either fairly or very important.
