Channel Islands firms need to adapt to comply with GDPR, says Carey Olsen

Businesses in the Channel Islands need to continue to adapt their policies and practices to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements, according to Carey Olsen counsel Huw Thomas.

Over 200 delegates attended Carey Olsen's half-day data protection conferences in Guernsey and Jersey.

Mr Thomas spoke alongside associate Alexandra Gill, who also presented at the Guernsey event. Other speakers across the two events included partners Andreas Kistler, Tony Lane, and James Willmott, as well as senior associate Leonie Corfield.
