The key to generational issues in family offices is connectivity, David Kilshaw, a consultant and former partner at EY told attendees at the 2018 eprivateclient Law Dinner held at The Goring Hotel in London last week (13/11/2018). 

Mr Kilshaw highlighted the importance of connectivity with the example of a senior partner at the law firm with whom he worked with when he started his career as a lawyer.
