Consultant’s bid to overturn divorce laws ‘doomed to failure’

An IT consultant’s legal action at the High Court to overturn England’s ‘easy’ divorce laws is “almost certainly doomed to failure”.

Mr Ayeh-Kumi claims his ex breached his human rights by splitting from him because he worked too much and didn't go on family holidays.

The consultant, who has two daughters he is estranged from with his ex-partner, said she cited 'unreasonable behaviour' and claimed he 'worked too much' and 'didn't go on holiday' with her and their two girls when filing for divorce.
