Independent provider of administration, management and corporate governance services, Crestbridge, has extended its global footprint with the establishment of a Bahrain presence following the completion of its acquisition of Ohad Trust B.S.C. (Ohad), a Bahrain-based trust, fund and corporate services provider in Manama.  

With regulatory consent having now been received from the Central Bank of Bahrain, Ohad has with immediate effect become part of the Crestbridge Group.  A full rebranding of Ohad is planned for later in 2017 to bring the business fully under the Crestbridge brand.
