Cripps partner elected to global mental capacity committee

Stephen Horscroft, a specialist in inheritance and succession planning at UK law firm Cripps, has been elected as a steering committee member of the Mental Capacity Global Special Interest Group (SIG).

Established by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2010, the SIG focuses on issues concerning capacity in all aspects of legal work relating to inheritance and succession planning. The committee comprises members from across the globe providing an international stage to promote best practice and influence public policy in relevant areas concerning capacity.
