Global administration and compliance solutions provider CSC has acquired fiduciary services provider Intertrust Group.
The addition of Intertrust Group’s 4,500 strong workforce will bring CSC’s total employee count to 7,500 across 140 jurisdictions in Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
The combined organisation will be led by Rod Ward III who has been president and chief executive of CSC for almost 13 years.
