Global law firm Dentons has boosted its UK real estate capabilities with the appointment of five partners from eprivateclient Top 25 Law Firm Irwin Mitchell.
The new joiners are Rob Thomson, Rupert Dowdell and Lewis Myers – all of whom specialise in investment and development work – along with Jayne Schnider and Simon Tweedle.
Mr Thomson, who specialises in advising banks, private equity funds and listed and non-listed property companies, assumes the role as head of London real estate.
Ms Schnider, an expert in complex corporate real estate transactions, becomes head of corporate real estate.
