The difficulties facing high-net-worth individuals in divorce cases

There is no doubt that divorce is an emotional time for many, but it can be especially complicated for high-net-worth individuals as they navigate complex financial structures and assets they jointly own before a resolution is reached. Earlier this month, Brad Pitt revealed he is “sick and tired” of the ongoing divorce process with Angelina Jolie, after separating almost three years ago. It has been reported that Pitt has called for a judge to ‘impose a final date’ to complete the split as, after three years, the couple are allegedly no closer to a divorce.
