Divorcing couples turning to private hearings

There has been a huge increase in the number of separating couples using private methods of determination to resolve children or money issues on divorce, rather than going through the Family Court. 

This was revealed in research recently undertaken by Forsters’ family team. The results of the findings overwhelmingly show that couples are moving away from fighting their disputes in court and are turning to other ways to reach a resolution with their spouse.
