Dixon Wilson's Graham Chambers explains how a change in role can be rewarding

In the second in a series of speeches focused on change at eprivateclient’s Third Leadership Seminar hosted at Ruffer’s London office this week, Graham Chambers, a consultant at accountants Dixon Wilson spoke to an audience of young professionals about his changing role at the firm.

Mr Chambers has worked with wealthy families for over 47 years at Dixon Wilson. The first 45 years, he said, had seen little change but this transformed in March 2015 when he stepped down as a partner to become a consultant advising just five families (all second or third generation) as well as two private family businesses.
