Druces boosts private client offering with London law firm acquisition

City of London law firm Druces is set to merge with London-based law firm Sykes Anderson Perry, effective 1 October 2019.

The merger should strengthen Druces’ private client and real estate practices and represents around £1.6 million of additional fee income for the firm.

Four directors, who will become partners or consultants, join Druces, along with seven fee earners, three secretaries and two business services staff.
