Highvern, the Jersey-based trust business formed from a management buy out from Coutts and Co, is to launch Highvern Fund Administrators Limited, on 1 January 2018. The new fund administration business will focus on private capital.
The firm has hired Aidan O’Flanagan to run the new business. Mr O’Flanagan was previously director, head of fund services at Capita Asset Services. Before that he was senior manager, funds supervision at JFSC.
