Estera, a 2017 eprivateclient Top Trust Company, is to acquire Heritage Financial Services Group (HFSG), subject to regulatory approval.

Founded in 2006 HFSG is an independent business providing third party fund administration, depositary, trust and corporate services in Guernsey, the UK and Malta. As at March 2017 it had total assets under management and administration of $70 billion. It employs 98 people across the three jurisdictions. One the deal takes place the business will rebrand as Estera and all staff will transfer across.
