Ernst & Young US Tax’s private client services practice has acquired Houston, Texas-based accountancy and tax advisory firm Linn Thurber.

The professionals from the acquired firm will join EY, where they will offer tax services to a range of high net worth individuals and entities including owners of private businesses, families, domestic and foreign trusts, as well as private equity and venture capital funds.
