Ernst & Young (EY) will remove academic qualifications from its 2016 graduate, undergraduate and school leavers programmes’ entry criteria, which opened for applications this week.
Students will no longer need a minimum of 300 UCAS points (the equivalent to three B’s) and a 2:1 degree classification to make an application. Instead, EY will run a series of online ‘strengths’ assessments and numerical tests to assess the potential of applicants for next year.
