UK law firm Fladgate has appointed Douglas Cherry as financial services and regulatory disputes partner.

Mr Cherry has joined Fladgate from Reed Smith’s global commercial disputes group, where he led the global financial markets and regulatory group practice.

His focus is primarily on financial services and markets advice, promoting strategies to avoid regulatory problems and leading on investigations, technology and digital assets, payment services and consumer credit matters as they arise.
