London law firm Forsters has moved its offices to Marylebone.
The firm said it took sustainability into account when selecting a location.
The building, 22 Baker Street, is located on the East side of Baker Street, between the junctions with Blandford Street and George Street.
It was constructed in 2002/03 to a design by artist Quinlan Terry.
