France has put Switzerland on a blacklist of jurisdictions whose banks are not permitted to handle its overseas development grants.
The list of 17 “tax havens" includes Panama and the Lebanon, according to Le Monde.
The others listed include: Botswana, Brunei, Guatemala, The Marshall Islands, Montserrat, Nauru, Niue, the Philippines, Costa Rica, Dominique, United Arab Emirates, Liberia, Trinidad and Tobago and Vanuatu.
