Generation X is the most "financially squeezed" generation with 37 percent of those aged 35-54 saying they are ‘making ends meet’ and 19 percent admitting to "struggling", according to wealth manager Brewin Dolphin’s bi-annual Family Wealth Report 2018.
Out of those aged 35-54 who are struggling, 70 percent worry about money all the time and a third (33 percent) sometimes go without to provide for the rest of the family.
