Scottish law firm Gilson Gray has taken over fellow Dundee legal firm Baillie Shepherd as it pursues further growth in the city.
The deal, which was mutually agreed, will see all Baillie Shepherd employees join the Gilson Gray team in Dundee, including directors Alan Baillie and Peter Shepherd along with court solicitor Ken Glass.
