Russia has removed 10 jurisdictions including Guernsey and the Isle of Man from its tax service’s offshore blacklist, according to big four accountancy firm EY.
A Russian Federal Tax Service order approving the list of states that do not have tax information exchange arrangements with the Russian Federation has been published, with this new document replacing the corresponding order that has been in effect since 2018.
The updated list, which includes 100 states and 18 territories, entered into force on 19 February 2019.
