Harneys Fiduciary has appointed Arjan Schaapman as a non-executive director.

Mr Schaapman will also be joining the Harneys group audit committee.

In this role he will support the board’s executive members and offer oversight and scrutiny of performance and development.

He has over 25 years’ experience within the corporate services industry and has a strong track record in change management and improving operational performance.
