Scottish law firm Macnabs has promoted Alan Roughead and Stewart Baillie who will both become partners in the firm.

Mr Roughead, who joined Macnabs from MacRoberts in 2017, heads up the private client team, advising clients on a variety of issues including the preparation of wills, estate planning, asset protection and exectury administration. Mr Roughead is also a notary public, a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is treasurer of the Faculty of Procurators and Solicitors in the City and County of Perth.
