Heterosexual couple to bring civil partnership case to Supreme Court - comment

The news that a heterosexual couple have been granted the right to take their case to enter into civil partnership in the Supreme Court should not “detract from the more pressing issue” of providing protection and support to financially vulnerable cohabitants upon relationship breakdown.
