Wealthy Brits are leaving the UK to escape rising taxes, according to tax consultancy firm Forbes Dawson.

The Manchester-based firm believes the number of enquiries from people looking to escape the UK owing to a rise in taxes increased “fourfold” since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019.
