With the new English Premier League season set to kick off on Friday evening, booking data from car parking rental site YourParkingSpace.co.uk has revealed that it pays to own a home near a football stadium.
The data found that enterprising homeowners have earned a total of £1.6 million by renting out their driveways to football fans looking for somewhere to park over the course of last season.
