House price growth is on its strongest run since 2004, according to Halifax’s November 2020 House Price Index (HPI).
The average house price now stands at £253,243., with house prices on average 1.2 percent higher than in October.
In the latest quarter (September to November) house prices were 3.8 percent higher than in the preceding three months.
