Chubb has appointed Tara Parchment as head of its European personal risk service division, subject to regulatory approval. She will be responsible for the firm\'s high net worth personal lines in the UK and Europe.

Ms Parchment, currently vice president of personal risk services, UK & Ireland, has spent the last two decades at Chubb. She has served as a UK & Ireland personal lines manager. Ms Parchment also held a variety of underwriting positions before becoming European underwriting centre manager.
