Investec Trust group has appointed Michael Giraud as business developer, based in the firm’s Jersey office.

Mr Giraud joins Investec Trust as an associate director from RBC Trust Company, where he was a senior manager responsible for a portfolio of multi-jurisdictional trusts as well as developing new business opportunities in a number of markets including the UK, North America and Western Europe. Mr Giraud worked at RBC for 10 years, including two years in the firm’s Cayman office.
