Experienced banking & finance lawyer Alex Wickens has joined offshore law firm Walkers' Guernsey team.
Joining as a senior counsel, Mr Wickens has been in private practice for almost a decade and specialises in real estate financing and Islamic financing matters.
He advises clients on complex structuring arrangements on acquisitions and disposals of UK commercial real estate assets, advising on both borrower and lender side.
