The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has confirmed it has extended the deadline businesses to submit their first annual confirmation statement to its new registry by an extra three months to 30 September 2021.
Firms that submit after this date will be charged a late fee.
The JFSC moved to an online ‘myRegistry’ platform two months ago, but not without some teething problems.
It originally went live in January, but was taken down a week later due to “technical challenges”...
