Jersey-based trust company Fiduchi has partnered with Prosper, a company specialised in placing graduates and school leavers into employment for the first time. 

Through this new partnership, Fiduchi has onboarded three new recruits, all of whom will undergo a training programme designed to provide insights into the financial services sector. 

The recruits will rotate through different departments within Fiduchi, including time spent with the firm's compliance team.<...
