JFSC signs up to IoD's diversity and inclusion charter

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) has signed up to the Institute of Directors’ (IoD) Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Charter, which provides businesses with resources to aid D&I in the workplace.

Jill Britton, interim director general of the JFSC, said: “We are committed to supporting our employees and recognise the value of a diverse workforce, as well as the importance of making sure each and every person feels included. We hope to reinforce this commitment by joining the IoD D&I Charter which will aid us in our efforts to make staff feel supported whilst at work.”
