JTC increases revenues by a third

2019 eprivateclient Top Trust Company JTC has increased its revenues by 32 percent to £46.6 million in Half 1 2019.

This increase from £35.3 million in H1 2018 reflects a combination of net organic growth (+8.2 percent) and growth from acquisitions (+23.8 percent)

The firm’s adjusted underlying EBITDA also increased by 35.2 percent to £14.3 million from £10.5 million the previous year. While the adjusted underlying EBITDA margin rose to 30.6 percent.  

Profits after tax hit £7.9 million compared with a £10 million loss in H1 2018.

EBIT for the period stood at £10.6 million...
