UK law firm Kingsley Napley has appointed Waqar Shah as a partner to launch a dedicated tax disputes & investigations service offering.
Mr Shah has joined from Mishcon de Reya where he became a partner in 2021.
He started his career as a lawyer at PwC Legal. He is also an active member of the VAT Practitioners Group and a qualified member of the Association of Tax Technicians.
