UK law firm Kingsley Napley has appointed James Ward as a partner and head of its private client team, effective 10 September.

Mr Ward will lead a team comprising three other partners and four associates at Kingsley Napley, which includes tax and trusts practitioner Jim Sawer and court of protection specialists Simon Hardy and Anita Gill.
