A new report from Agreus Group and KPMG Private Enterprise has presented an optimistic economic outlook for family offices.
According to the report, 41 percent of family offices expanded the size of their teams in 2022 and a further 40 percent plan on hiring in 2023.
Due to the strain on talent in 2022, family offices are set to standardise their compensation, embed long term, incentive structures and professionalise their entire approach to recruitment.
