Lancashire-based Vincents Solicitors has launched a new probate team, led by Chartered legal executive Donna Matthews.

The new team, which has a combined 50 years’ experience in probate matters, will work solely on probate cases, which should allow them to help more clients.

Ms Matthews will be joined on the team by probate executive Amy Whiteside and probate clerk Karen Cooper. Chris Mathews, head of the firm’s private client department, will continue to deal with complex estates and contentious cases.
