The draft Surrogacy Bill and a final report into the surrogacy law reform by the Law Commission of England and Wales and the Scottish Law Commission are set to be published today (29/03/2023).
The aim of the report according to the Law Commission is to introduce a robust new system to govern surrogacy, which will work better for children, surrogates and intended parents.
Its recommendations will be accompanied by draft legislation.
